+ 2.5% per-charge fee on card payments you collect
Talk to usEvery organization plan includes the same 2.5% per-charge fee on card payments you collect (plus standard card processing) — it grows with you instead of a big flat bill, which is how the monthly plans stay low. Add Copilot, the ask-your-POH AI, to any aircraft — grounded only in that aircraft's digitized handbook.
Common questions
Is Taxiway Bravo free for pilots?
Yes. The Pilot plan is free forever — browse the POH library, subscribe to a handbook, build and download one of your own aircraft with an editable manual and weight & balance, keep a personal logbook, and get one AI POH digitization each month. You only pay when you create an organization (a school, club, or operation).
What's the difference between a pilot account and an organization?
A pilot account is personal: your handbooks, your aircraft, your logbook. An organization adds shared aircraft, scheduling, check-in/out, maintenance tracking, documents, member roles, and billing for a whole group. Joining an org is always free — only creating and owning one carries a plan.
How does the 2.5% fee work?
When your organization collects money from pilots by card (for example, charging per Hobbs hour on check-in), Taxiway Bravo adds a 2.5% fee to that charge, plus the standard card-processing cost. It grows with your usage instead of a large flat bill, which is how the monthly plans stay inexpensive. If you don't collect card payments, there's no per-charge fee.
Is the digitized POH an approved flight manual?
No. Every digitized handbook and calculator in Taxiway Bravo is reference only — not an FAA-approved Aircraft Flight Manual. Always verify against your aircraft's approved AFM/POH. The disclaimer stays visible on every handbook surface and export, and the AI copilot cites the source value and never invents a limit.
Can I switch or cancel a plan later?
Any time. Change or cancel from your organization's Billing page. Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the billing period, and your data stays exportable.
Can I export my data?
Yes — exports are a right, not a paid add-on for the basics. Flight logs export to .txt (and PDF), and each aircraft's POH can be bundled for offline use. Pilot Plus adds unlimited exports and richer formats.
